1. Making a down payment means the participant agrees to all Terms & Conditions of Indietravel. 2. Reservations can be made by filling on form registration + down payment 30 % of total cost. 3. For final payment can be settled max 7 days prior date of the date trip, if the final payment is not made on the specified date, we have the right to cancel your reservation. 4. Unilateral cancellation (from guest) down payment is non-refundable. 5. Reschedule only applicable maximum 14 days before the trip date, if you reschedule less than 14 days before the trip date your down payment will forfeit (non-refundable) and we reserve the right to treat your as cancelled, unless your can get a substitution participant. 6. The maximum limit for reschedule is 180 days, starting from the date of the reschedule request. 7. Cancellation made 14 days before trip will result in a 50% charge. 8. Cancellation made 7-1 days before trip will result in a 80% charge. 9. Indietravel shall not be held responsible for any losses caused by flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, or sudden airport closures. No compensation or refund will be provided under such circumstances. 10. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time without prior notice will be considered a “No Show” and no refund will be provided. 11. In the event of an emergency, force majeure, unresolved natural conditions, or bad weather, we may need to change the itinerary for the safety of the passengers. In such cases, guests are not entitled to request compensation in any form.

1. Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item. 2. Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent. 3. If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant without any refunds that have been paid.

1. We does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage during the trip (money, phone, laptop, etc.) 2. We reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notice depending on the Komodo National Park authority, weather, time changing or the closing day of tour sites, etc.
