1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Indie Travel.
Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Written confirmation from our team
- Agreement on itinerary and pricing
- Receipt of required deposit payment
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking request at our discretion before confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may vary depending on:
- Boat category
- Trip duration
- Number of guests
- Seasonal demand
To secure a reservation, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before departure as stated in your confirmation.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Open Trip & Private Charter
Open Trip:
Guests share the boat with other participants according to the published schedule and cabin allocation.
Private Charter:
The entire boat is reserved exclusively for your group. Custom itineraries may be arranged upon agreement.
Final itinerary and route are subject to weather conditions and port authority regulations.
4. Changes to Itinerary
For safety reasons, Indie Travel and the boat captain reserve the right to:
- Modify routes
- Adjust schedules
- Cancel certain activities
Changes may occur due to weather, sea conditions, technical issues, or government regulations. Safety is our top priority.
No refund will be issued for itinerary adjustments caused by force majeure or safety considerations.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be stated in your booking confirmation.
In general:
- Deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Cancellation close to departure date may result in partial or full payment forfeiture
- No-show guests are not eligible for refunds
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
6. Force Majeure
Indie Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Port authority decisions
- Mechanical breakdown beyond reasonable control
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule where possible but are not obligated to provide compensation beyond applicable refund terms.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal information
- Ensuring valid identification or travel documents
- Following safety instructions from crew and guides
- Respecting marine conservation rules
Indie Travel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the trip, without refund.
8. Health & Fitness
Some activities may involve light trekking, snorkeling, or boarding small boats.
Guests must ensure they are physically fit for travel. Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to departure.
We are not liable for health issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.
9. Liability Limitation
Indie Travel acts as a trip organizer and coordinator. While we carefully select partners and vessels, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury caused by guest negligence
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Delays caused by weather or external conditions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
10. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Personal belongings
- Travel delays
Indie Travel is not responsible for uninsured losses.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Indie Travel and may not be reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update website content and pricing without prior notice.
